Our merchandise comes with a limited warranty and is guaranteed against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. Please note that this warranty does not cover items subjected to excessive wear, abuse, or physical damage, whether accidental or otherwise. Upon delivery acceptance, the responsibility for insurance and protection of merchandise becomes the customer's sole responsibility. LIVJewelers.com will not be liable for any loss, theft, or resulting damages thereafter. If you need assistance with insurance for your diamond engagement ring or other precious jewelry, please contact one of our associates, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Free Gift Box

At LIVJewelers.com, we provide our clients with the best suitable gift box for their purchased item, free of charge. Your diamond jewelry will be properly secured in our award-winning gift boxes, ensuring your satisfaction.

Sales Tax

LIVJewelers.com is located at 338 New York Ave, Huntington, NY 11743, and does not collect sales tax outside of New York State. We deliver nationwide, and you will only pay for the products. This is another way we bring value to our customers. Sales tax in New York State will be collected and is calculated in the shopping cart at checkout. Currently, in Suffolk County New York, sales tax is at 8.625%.
